While there’s so much magic woven into the full experience, here’s a high-level look at what you can expect when you book with us.
Step 1: Your Consultation — We Plan Everything
During your consultation call we’ll answer all of your questions and ask you some as well to make sure we’re a great fit for one another. If we are and you’re ready to move forward, you’ll retain the studio, complete your onboarding documents, and then we’ll set up a private Zoom Consultation (if you’re flying in to work with us) or have you come tour the studio and meet us in person (if you’re local to us). This is where we learn all about you—your vision, your comfort level, and what you want from the experience. Do you want sultry and bold? Soft and romantic? Fully clothed or daringly intimate?
We’ll walk you through:
- Location options
- Outfits and styling
- Hair and makeup preferences
- Any insecurities or boundaries you have and how you want us to handle them
- Products and artwork you’re drawn to
Our goal is to take the mystery out of it and replace it with excitement.

Step 2: Hair, Makeup & Wardrobe – Just Show Up
The day of your shoot, you’ll arrive at our Fairfax studio (or your chosen location) to be greeted by our warm, all-female team. You’ll settle in, sip something bubbly if you’d like, and be pampered by our professional hair and makeup artist.
You’ll also have access to our exclusive curated wardrobe closet—featuring lingerie, robes, bodysuits, and glam accessories from XS-6XL. Not sure what looks best? We’ll help pick pieces that flatter your body and your vibe.

Step 3: The Photoshoot — Posing, Coaching, and Real Empowerment
Now for the fun part. (Yes, really!)
Most of our clients have never done anything like this before. That’s why we will guide you through every pose and expression. From head to toe, we’ll coach you to look and feel your absolute best—no modeling experience required. There will never be a time when you are left to figure out what to do, we direct you the entire time you’re in front of the camera.
For most of the session we are telling stories and laughing together, break while we take a few photos and pick right back up where we left off. It’s a relaxing and hilarious time together, like spending a day with a fun girlfriend who happens to be really good with a camera! *wink* Most clients are so comfortable they completely forget they’re in a session, they’re so lost in having a good time. Now with that being said, you are hard at work while we’re shooting. Many clients liken our sessions to a yoga session, holding poses and breathing for an extended period of time, so start stretching today!

Step 4: The Image Reveal – See Yourself in a Whole New Light
We’ll schedule your private image reveal session for either the same day if you just can’t wait or on another day if you are in a hurry to go about your day. This is where you’ll view your fully edited portraits and select your favorite images, products, and artwork.
